Dragon Boat Festival

The fifth day of the fifth month every year of the traditional Chinese calendar is Dragon Boat Festvial,

also called Duanyang Festival, May Festival, is one of the four traditional festivals in China along with Spring Festival,

Tomb-sweeping Day and Mid-autumn Festival. The origin of Dragon Boat Festival has many sayings, such as commemoration of Quyuan,

commemoration of Wu Zixu, commemoration of Cao E, arising from the summer solstice of Three Dynasties and exorcising on bad day and bad month.
