1. Responsible for the system design of lead-to-lithium and lead-to-sodium battery module conversions, ensuring structural compatibility, performance enhancement, and cost control to enable direct replacement of conventional lead-acid batteries. 2. Lead the electrical and structural design of residential energy storage battery systems (lithium iron phosphate/sodium-ion), including thermal management strategies, BMS communication architectures, and safety protection designs. 3. Develop high-rate starting batteries (e.g., motorcycle-starting sodium batteries), with a focus on optimizing transient discharge performance, low-temperature starting reliability, and cycle life. 4. Support the development of power battery PACKs for electric vehicles (light-duty EVs and special-purpose vehicles), balancing energy density, power output, and system safety. 5. Undertake end-to-end technical coordination from cell selection to mass production of PACKs, and develop design verification plans (DVP). 6. Collaborate with the Quality Department to establish PACK testing standards (covering safety, performance, and environmental adaptability); and work with the Production Department to implement pilot-production-to-mass-production process transitions. 7. Provide product technology support to the Sales and Marketing Departments, delivering customized solutions, competitive product analyses, and technical support documentation. 8. Responsible for patent layout and the construction of a technical documentation system, including product specification sheets, parameter tables, instruction manuals, and BMS strategy manuals.
